How does "Log off Safely" work ?

Hey,
I was wondering how does this work, so if anyone know for sure, please reply here.

If you are into a system, not agressed, not flagged for anything and so on, after you press that button, what happens ?

- What if you get agressed after you use the "Log off Safely" feature ? Will you still remain 15 minutes in space due to agression or does this feature protects you after you click the button ?
- What if you get bumped ? Will you still be able to warp off after you chose to "Log off Safely" ? Will the ship dissapear ? If so, after how much time ?

Dev blog about safe log off

If you are attacked by a player or NPC then the log off is aborted.

Bumping doesn't stop it.

If you warp off the log off is aborted.

The ship disappears as soon as your client closes.

Common sense would tell you that the safety log off will break if you are involved in any combat or try warping off.
