Hi

We have just moved and the NPC's are Blood Raiders.

As I mainly a Tengu pilot (I have two toons flying them) I'm having a few problems with the neuting.

Can anyone offer advice on what ship / setup I could use. The main reason I use a Tengu was I could
Permanent tank them for when I get wife / kiddy agro and I need to look away for 60 secs.

use HMLs, outrange the neuts.

If you want to sit in the middle of neuts and permatank, try a full passive gila or rattlesnake. Or SNI.

A sentry-dominix is quiet common as a br-ratter.
Do not try ded-complexes with a single ship. Highend bloodraider ded's are done with two battleships at least.
