Hi, Im looking for a wormhole corp as the title suggests.

I'm trained into Gallente ships at the moment, with skills into drones (I know they're pointless for sleepers but I fly a dominix for missions) I'm currently cross training into a drake (shields and missiles) after seeing pretty much everyone suggest it or the Tengu as the ship to be soloing wormholes in. I do have cov ops ships, and some gas mining skills.

I'm looking for a corp in the C3 and under range, just to at least learn some of the more inner workings of wormholes. I have been in quite a few with my venture and have been fascinated by them. I'm looking for a PvE and indy corp. I'm not really a person that likes to go "looking for fights" I don't mind PVP once in awhile but I'm more of an excel sheet kind of player.

I'm in the EST timezone, usually play from 5:30 to 10pm.

You could solo a C2 to get acquainted with wSpace.

Good place to start may be to look up the notable WH groups listed in the sticky.

Failing that, there's always groups advertising in the recruitment channel.

Best of luck,

One day I'll make it there, one day...

On topic: check out the "Will it Fit?" channel in game, might be able to get some help there.

There's always the generic wormholes chat channel where alot of corps hang out and talk crap with each other.

I was thinking about going to E-Uni for their wormhole campus, but then decided that I'll just move into an abandoned C2. So right now i'm prepping everything to move into a wormhole (POS, fuel, ships, skills, Alts) Just to see if I like it.

Just find the biggest wh alliance out there. They didn't get to be the biggest by being super selective. Sheesh, I even have an alt in there.

If you like it - loot as much as you can and use the profits to start your own outfit.

If you don't like them - loot as much as you can and who cares.

Come to think of it - Everyone reading this should put an alt in the biggest alliance out there and loot them thoroughly. We could have a loot and scoot party. Everyone.... quicly.... MAN YOUR ALTS..... to the looting and scooting.... WHO IS WITH ME?!??!!

I don't have a wormhole selected now, currently trying to track a nice quiet one down.

After going over Wormhole and wormhole looking for an abandoned C2, almost dying to a drake and his pos guns (foolish i know) I'm really leaning toward the corp offers now. I just don't feel like I have the skills to be competant in the higher class holes. (not even in a drake yet but I have armor skills)

Class of wormhole only matters for PVE and each class has its 'ways' of providing PVE content.

Don't let class dissuade you. Eve is a sandbox and your activities are only limited by your friends and imagination.

Find a group of people who play during your time zone, who are fun to fly with and have similar goals.

I have personally recruited bitter vets and newbies alike. Skills were not at the forefront of my decision making process. Attitude and a similar sense of humor has always been at the top.

GL..finding a spot and H0ney badgers are good people. Mental... yes.. but good people just the same.

The class of wh you are in has a lot to do with the type of pvp you are involved in. The deeper you go the closer you get to the blue ball fleets of excellence. If you like bc brawling stay in c1-c3. If you want to sit on a wh in a T3 fleet and yell 'come at me bro' then go c5 or c6. If you like the possibility of fighting capital ships (with or against) then c5 or c6 is the way to go. If you like popping into LS or null then any wh with the appropriate static will suit your needs. If you like to rage roll for pvp then you'll want a c5 or c6.

These factors are lessened with a good mapping tool, but it's much more difficult to run a c1 chain into a c5 for pvp than it is to run a c5 chain into a c5.

Class of wh does matter. There is math involved and the odds of your chains average outcome is heavily dependant on where you start from.

What matters most is the 'fit'. If you're a mature even natured sort then I would recommend staying away from some of the immature groups. If you're an ego driven d-bag that requires tears to sustain your narcissism then there are groups that will fill that hole in your soul. Chose the group that FITS and the rest will work out.

You're welcome. You know... you look kind of dreamy in that laid back rakish stance. Maybe I could join your corp some day.

Because the colour scheme is awful, and... well, everything else too.
