Server: Singularity

Well all began with a freeze, Upon trying to check SOV changes my game froze twice and had to use task manager to exit. Upon reentering game 3rd time all my modules on caracel are offline, so i dock and try to bring them online. But when i opened fitting screen all modules are online so undock but all my buttons by that capacitor ring are missing,including capactior status and module buttons. I quit game and relogging same thing all my modules offline again, so dock strip and reinstall modules and game tells me i dont have enough CPU even though i had 127 CPU free and was installing a 47 cpu usage equipment. i just install them offline and undock and go to my mission area on way i notice i again dont have buttons next to my capacitor. ( So tried to write a bug report but failed) I checked SOV change and game froze so i quit again. I quit my launcher and relaunch my launcher and login, upon selecting character it says loggin with "UltimateAmbush" (my character) but it stays black screen. I pressed ESC tried to logoff safely and message will come "your caracol left X system Y time ago" so not able to do anything i quit. Now i reach entering with character screen but when i try to log off it wont say my ship has left system. Its just black screen.

X system is a system starting with L next to Aeschee ( 2 SOE lvl4 and 1 lvl3 security agent available)
Y is time from time i quit the game after all buttons went missing.

I even "reinstalled" Singularity on my PC, deleted old files and did whole setup again by copying and stuff.

The DX11 client selection gives the black screen at the moment, think its the lack of DX11 files.

There is the _trinity_dx11_deploy.dll but thats it. I'd assume there would be files like ResDX11.stuff as there is for DX9 (ResDX9.Stuff)
