The collector's edition comes with one.

Looking up market data it seems people were paying up to 25bil for these suckers.

Even a few weeks ago there's posts of people buying over the forums for 15bil +. Now 600mil in Jita :)

Idk, some people pay a premium for rare stuff as soon as it comes out. Would it be worth it to me to have it for 2 weeks more than anyone else has, at 20 times the price? No, but to them, it might be... nah, who am I kidding, they're kicking themselves.

Price was almost 30bil, there were few multi-billion buy orders. Purchased it today for 420mil, sold it later - doesn't worth it. Going to wait for classic monocle.

In this case it truly is funny.

People paying real money on top of their subscription payments to get useless vanity items
and then the people paying billions of ISK for those same items.

Both of these methods are funny because the supply is just CCP spawning the items into the game and there really shouldn't be any demand in the first place because they're useless and they look like **** (especially the monocle that just looks like it's been badly photoshopped onto the character).
