Singularity says my account is disabled when it is active

hey all, when i try to log into sisi using this char, the game wont let me as it says the account is disabled, im assuming it mirrored before i activated this alt, i did a google search and allt he appeal threads for this issue are locked,

the last one i saw says this issue is being handled by an automatic script, well thats all fine and dandy but it does not mention what to do now, how do i go about fixing this?

There should be a mirror within the next week or so for the next expansion.

If it hasn't been sorted out by patch day, file a support ticket.

we just had a mirroring over the weekend, the next one will be in a couple of months. So if you just activated your account 1 or 2 days ago, then thats the reason why its inactive on sisi.
try to contact support and see what they can do for you.

Don't bother contacting support via petitions, as they constantly mention the petition system doesn't cover singularity and all you'll be told is to post in the Test Server Feedback forum.


With regards to OP's issue, we had a mirror last weekend that was taken on the 15th. If you re-activated after the 15th at the moment you'll either have to wait for:

1. The automatic script that activates accounts to be finished
2. The manual activation thread to be re-posted.
3. Another mirror (in a few months)
4. Post a re-activation in the test server feedback thread and see if they activate (unlikely)

The new Mirror appeared on Sisi this past Friday and it is a less than a week old snapshot.

You are gonna have to wait a few months, or Petition and see what can be done.


edit: FYI the mirror is Odyssey, and not Rubicon yet.

theres a thread in test server fourms cant remember what its called but you just put your name

then reactivate me and once a Sisi dev or ccp member sees it they will.

Wait for the automated activation script to process your account status change. It will take 12-32hrs from the time of reactivation on TQ.

Script doesn't seem to be working right now. It's been more than 4 days since new mirror came, and my account is still inactive.

Script worked for me, re-activated my 2nd account on the 20th and it was up on the 21st. Not sure why it wouldn't be working for others

Huh, that's weird. I guess I'll just wait for them to bring back Rubicon patch and hope it will be reactivated then.
