Im curious how WH corps incentivize it corp to log off in their POS inside of the WH rather than going out and logging off in a station? Our directors have been musing over this and the only things coming to our minds are that of negative reinforcement which we can't use as our CEO says no to making this a mandate.

The big question is: Why would you want to log out in (what I assume) high sec? Nothing of value to do there, and it's a pain in the ass to get back in.

If your members don't want to be in the hole, your organisation probably lack in either group activities or team spirit. There is no way that you can solve this by forcing it upon your members.

Just do your thing, and try to have some sort of daily activity, whether it is mining/gas harvesting/site running or gank hunting together. It doesn't have to be something fancy, just enough to make your dudes feel like they are missing out if they are not there.

If they still don't care, they might not be the dudes you want in your corp.

Eeerr. . . There are no stations in wormholes? . . so your corps use a PoS so they don't have to scan for an entrance / exit every time they want to come into the hole.

Also if you are operating this way, you are doing it wrong and you make me sad.

If they are worried about people stealing things from the pos make secure hangers, restrict roles, use multiple pos'.

The incentive is you don't have to scan for a high sec every single time, the horror of scanning down those chains if we worked that way.

I think you need to establish that from the moment you recruit people you make it clear what your expectations are. Sure we have people going out in shore leave it diving for various reasons but you need to be up front with them.

For example how do you expect to react to a potential threat/defend your assets if everyone is outside?

Just something for you and your members to think about

probably you need to make it so that they can get what they need, or they can bring what they need, into the hole with them.

Because we can make between 400-600mill / hour very easily. Plus we just don't care about anything anymore really. Roll

This pretty much.
It doesn't really matter what you do or what `rules` you make. If your people WANT to be there, they'll be there, if they don't, they won't.

Largely depends on your wh aswell. if you live in a c3, you derped already. Either stay inactive or get a real wormhole (one with a wormhole-static). Run anoms, post your noctishold in corp after 30minutes of salvaging, wait 10 minutes until everyone gathered in your POS :D

Or just get into your arazu and point something :)

You kick them. If they arent willing to logoff inside the hole they arent willing to be in a wh.

I agree with the first comment. If you have good PvP ops or good money-making ops happening in your wormhole system - or along its static chain regularly, then people will automatically want to park their ships there. If you aren't that exciting or active, then they'll go elsewhere.

Thank you everyone for your input, I appreciate it. I guess it boils down to us needing more FCs to farm our chains.

If people feel they are missing out by not logging in home, then they will log in home. When I log in, get on ts3, and someone says "bubble grab your loki/sleip/etc we are gonna throw down in a few" I would hate to be out in hisec.

We have a w-space static. If someone wants to log in k-space, they have to work for it.
