I would say Either Caldari or Amarr. Minmatar is a bit generic and Gallente is pretty much just "Only true democracy, people do what they want unless its a little to crazy"

Sansha's Nation, no infighting, no betrayal, no wildly aggressive protesters and since no sanshanian ever complained about their leadership or way of life we have to assume they're genuinely happy. All of them. No exceptions!

No other nation ever achieved that before.
