Whilst not Communist in any sense of true Marxist Communism, the Bolshevik government implemented strict controls on banks, industry and transport - state involvement being a left-wing policy, and thus if your usage of the term "liberal" was correct making this a "liberal" government. Nah. Communism man; it's reaaaaaaaally authoritarian. As is the US government, as a heads-up - it just happens to be on the flipside of the economic left/right divide.

I think what you meant to say was "The command system douchery is strong in this one." Even then you'd still be wrong about me, but hey.
