EVE Online mission running is the cure for insomnia.

I suffor with insomnia the good news is it is only 5 sleeps until Christmas Lol

Veldspar Mining in a Bestower is the ultimate sleeping pill.
If this is too much action 0.01 isk trade war in Jita is really good too.

you have to run a mission first? i usually just make 5-6 manual - as in "i am actually 'playing' and looking at my screen" - jumps and that's enough. now i just need a laptop that can run eve, so won't i become fully awake again on the way to the bed Lol

Dunno we do have a family here in the states that has a sleepless sickness, strikes during mid life and usually kills them within a few months slowly destroying thier mental selfs.

When I really can't sleep I did either one of these books out. I find I'm usually asleep by the second paragraph. It's an old trick I learned in school.
