Whose Armageddon?

So there I was, scanning out our Wormhole chain, when I came across a c3 system with an Armageddon on dscan.

A bit of dscan rangeing showed that it wasn't at a POS or a celestial, but there were no drones or wrecks on scan...

"It's a traaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaap"

I whipped out my combats and ninja-scanned him, warped my covops ongrid with him, to find it EMPTY!

Whuhoo! Free battleship!

I'd got there from our home system via a c1 and a lowsec system, and the only other hole on the route was a nulsec, so I had to drag it through a couple of lowsec jumps, but in the end I got home safe; free Armageddon!

Name: "Дырохлоп!?!?"

Anyone recognise it?

Anyone know why someone might have left it there? Closed a wormhole, got stuck with no probes, didn't want the loss on his record possibly?

Either way, RESULT!

Possibly it was never stored in an SMA and got bumped when someone warped into the pos and it just floated away.

This is why you stick a probe launcher to your collapsing ships <.<

Also, translate.google.com let's you decode foreign messages!

Also, can just eject, bookmark the spot and pod out. Sometimes things are floating there for days, so you could eventually pick it up again!

I have found several battleships this way sometimes with corpses, sometimes without. Most people would rather lose the battleship and make it home in a pod, than have a cap stuck.

We managed to find someones Archon just floating about in our direct null a few nights ago. Apparently he came back from being inactive and was booted from his corp. Ejected from the Archon, podded to high sec to re-apply to his corp. Came back as we put it into our hole :)

I get "Bang Hole" when running it through google translate. I'm sure you are probably translating for meaning rather than a literal interpretation, but I like "Bang Hole" better.

Whenever I find ships in wSpace, there is people in 'em.
They usually refuse to leave when I ask nicely.

EDIT: That Armageddon is one reason why CCP should slap production dates / manufacturer names into the ship's description.
