How to tell peak times players are in solar system / local ?

I want to find out a little more about the LOW SEC system I have a character based in.

Basically the peak times other players are logged in and using the system.
I think it's a German time zone player base, but I'm in USA, so when i log the character in during my play times there is either just me or 2 to 4 max others in local.

I want to know the traffic to help plan Jumps/High Value goods transport.

System is a .4 low sec.

What I've done so far to find out.

1) Dot-Lan = but only shows last hour or 24 hours.
2) Logged in at different times during the day and night US timezone (same low player count).

Is there some type of EVE player jump gate history that displays a EVE time stat the jumps were made, or station dock stats?

well i am no expert but i just pulled a random system out of dotlan and its showing me activity for the last 48 hrs.

perhaps the area you are in is a naturally low travelled section of eve
