For forty millennia we struggled in the desert.
Time of infinity to grief our misgivings.
Time of eternity to stray without God's guidance.
One can repent and pray for forgiveness.
But true meekness is one that has penetrated and laid its roots in the very heart of a man.
The stars above will not weep for us parting.
The air we breathe won't notice our disappearance.
The dirt of the earth will embrace our decadence.v Only in God can we thrive and grow.
Only in God.

- The Word, Prophet Kuria 4:23

With great anguish and pain I have received the news of Lord Karris’ passing. Four days ago he was conducting research in Rens. When we spoke he seemed to be in perfect health, quoting his mother. Later he was asking me “to act as a witness for a meeting”, outlining that “the subject matter may be a matter of importance to the Empire”. He proposed a date for the meeting, but unfortunately other duties were pressing and I could not attend. I feel very distressed now. If someone who met Lord Karris before his passing could contact me, I would be very grateful.

May His curse be on all His enemies from now until forever.

Thank you, Ms. Aspenstar. I never really got to know him, yet the mysterious nature of his passing and its unexpectedness still dazzles me.

The passing of Lord Karris is a great loss for the scientific community of New Eden. I wish his friends and family strength to get through this hardship.

Lord Karris suffers from a rare degenerative neurological disorder. The termination of his clone was part of ongoing efforts to treat the condition. He has not passed.

His condition is stable, and he is being treated in Synchelle. It is highly unlikely that Lord Karris will return to piloting a capsule. I am privy to some of his most recent research. I shall forward the preliminary observations to the appropriate individuals.

Lord Karris extends his thanks to Lady Odelya d'Hanguest for her concern.

This is very dulcet news, Mr Maulerant! Please extend my best regards to Lord Karris and his mother. If there is anything we can do for him regarding his illness, please send me a message.

With kind regards,
