I hope you find $200 so you can go, it would be pretty awesome to go to EVE Vegas on your birthday weekend (or really just to go to EVE Vegas).

It was possible to buy a ticket for 15 PLEX, so if you're space rich (or have space rich friends), maybe that's an option? (I don't know if they are still being sold though).

Assuming he can prove his birthday is actually the same day (like with a scanned photo ID), maybe CCP could be a bro and just gift him the ticket or something.

As a matter of fact, CCP should gift something to people on their registered birthdays. Like, something fairly cheap, like an implant, or some skillbooks, or something not totally unbalancing. Or maybe just one of those special edition commodities like "A Tank of Honor".
