Hey guys!

I just wanna know if I use a freighter and scoop up a yellow enormous freighter container will I be flagged?

set your safety to green, and if scooping it will cause you to gain a flag, it won't let you scoop it.

Yellow means it's not yours to take. If you take it anyway yes, you will be flagged.

align to a station so your route passes the container.
scoop and warp in one smooth movement.
don't do this if u think it might be a trap.
u might lose your freighter.

Well, if you do as he said and align and pass by the container in atleast 75% speed, you would insta warp.

Hi there!

As a rule, ANY MANUFACTURED container, whether it be yours or someone elses, can be SCOOPED into cargo so long
as it is not anchored. A FREIGHT container will, of course, require a freighter.

If you attempt to open the can and take the contents with your safety off, you could be flagged. But scooping a can into cargo whole is certainly allowed.

I endorse this behavior as a way to keep the spacelanes and belts clean.
