First off, there doesnt seem to be a timer showing when the declaration will be over?

Also does having an ally join the fight increase the timer time, because i hover over the ally in the war section and it says a longer end date then expected?

The extreme amount of specifics in your post don't lead us anywhere other than user error. There's 24 hours before the war starts, and 24 hours if they don't pay to continue the war. Without any info, hard for anyone to help. If you believe there is an error, petition it, and you should get an answer 2 or 3 weeks after it has ended.

With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.

Its eve, specifics get you war decced or killed.

The war dec was supposed to end today, instead hovering over ally in the war shows a date more then a week left. No notice of extensions.

So does anything extend a war dec except the aggressor extending it?
Do allys have a longer war dec period?
Is there a way to find more details on exact end date of a war dec for only your corp?

1. Unless you make it mutual, then the aggressor is the only one who can extend it.
2. nope.
3. You have that information already, it just seems you don't like the answer.

One of the bitter points of a good bittervet is the realisation that all those SP don't really do much, and that the newbie is having much more fun with what little he has. - Tippia

The end date is whenever the attacker decides to stop paying. Payment for wardecs go per week and you are only informed when a war is started and 24 hours before it ends, if they pay another weeks worth of money you receive no message, the wardec simply stays active.

The Coreli Corporation is recruiting.

As soon as you drop out of the corp the wardeccers can no longer shoot at you. So dock up, right click > quit corporation. You'll drop into an npc corp and be safe.

Also moving 50 jumps away wont help the rest, locator agents will tell the wardeccers exactly where they are :p

The Coreli Corporation is recruiting.

Where the OP learns to ask questions like these in the New Players forum where trolling is frowned upon.

Wardecs as implemented are broken. You can drop corp and are immediately safe. Unless your corp is large or has an empire sspace POS they could all just drop and not bother moving. You can even close the corp and remake the exact same corp and reinvite everyone. The wardec goes away and the decer is out 50m isk. Or forget all that because being in a small hisec corp is hardly even worth the hassle. Just create a private chat channel for "corp chat" and everyone stay in NPC corps.

I have removed some rule breaking posts and those quoting them. As always I let some edge cases stay.
Please people, keep it on topic and above all civil!

Having said that, one word of advice: When asking question, read the answers you get. If you conclude that the answers given are not the ones you seek, either don't reply or reply polite. Others are investing their time to try to give you those answers, you should at the very least respect that.

The rules:

2. Be respectful toward others at all times.

The purpose of the EVE Online forums is to provide a platform for exchange of ideas, and a venue for the discussion of EVE Online. Occasionally there will be conflicts that arise when people voice opinions. Forum users are expected to be courteous when disagreeing with others.
