Is there any particular reason why you are charging double the rates of Red Frog, a well-known and proven company?

We are charging more because we are doing our contracts faster then the other corps, pretty much. We dont have the same ammount of contracts that they do, therefor we can do them faster.

Red Frog reports an average completion time of 14 hours. If you as a two man corp can beat that by a significant margin, I will be impressed.

That shouldent be any problems, it all depends on how much contracts we have at the time of course.

Competition is good for everyone, except for the other competitors Blink

Good luck in getting off the ground, the early weeks will be tough to be sure. Red Frog is a formidable adversary with their excellent record and turnaround times.

Yeah, its gonna be hard to get people to notice us. And we really dont want THAT much work, because then we might have a hard time completing our contracts in time, esp now at the start.

Oh well, time will tell!

I do not know how many pilots with freighters you have, but IF someone goes for you big scale and then has to wait forever you will be driven out of the business pretty quick.

Hello,

My job as a personal banker is to review and offer advice for people that are bad at somethings, you my friend are bad. I have listed below what you should do to improve business and look more professional. This is all free of charge but I do accept donations , donations will be given to the needy citizens of eve.

#1) Add all your info to this post, no one wants to click 3 things to see the corp info, be professional not lazy and say hey gimme more isk bc we are better. Better yet create a new post seeing how this one is getting trolled out.

2) You claim that you are faster hence you charge more, so if you take longer will you give me a discount? What happens when you get 500 contracts then what? This ultimately sets you up for failure or bad business.

3) Lower your prices, earn clients trust over making a quick buck. There are several well known and popular transport corps, who are cheaper and have more credibility then you. Once you build your trust and client list up raise prices over time!

4) Create an ingame channel where you can sit and answer peoples questions, again one more extra customer service thing you can offer. Also even a basic free wesbite could help bring your corps reputation up.
