does the tengu really need a webifier to slow frigs down or will missiles still hit them pretty good?

Stan Smith had a snow storm over weekend guy was shoveling snow outside, so i shot him and mined the snow myself. concord never showed up. on an unrelated note, i have a court date next tuesday

Most fits I see have a Rigor rig or two and that's plenty. Scourge Precision helps even more.

Actually, I think the higher damage coefficient on faction ammunition means you'd be better off using that over precision ammo -- even against "small" targets.

I haven't run the math recently, though.

In PvP it does.

PvE - it doesn't... x3 rigors and here we go.

You don't *NEED* it but what else are you gonna spend the slot on?

Ed: Also, what gives with the 3x rigor suggestions? I'm reasonably sure you want a T2 ROF rig and a rigor...

I'm an idiot, don't mind me.

In PvE I'd go with a target painter, helps you apply damage at longer ranges than a webber does.

I personally found the web to be of more use because the painter cycle time was too long. But, either one is really fine IMO.

If it's for pve, dont bother (esp. on a hml tengu). If you let a frig get close enough to web, even in overheat, it wont help much. I don't like using a painter for the same reason alot of other ppl don't use them, but I would rather that than the web. I've never used a tengu in pvp, but I hear most that have say that a faction web has help them out quite a bit.

"Tomahawks?"

"----in' A, right?"

"Trouble is, those things cost like a million and a half each."

"----, you pay me half that and I'll hump in some c4 and blow the ---- out of it my own damn self."

PvP-wise, you need the web mostly to deal with ABing or dualprop frigs. You can still kill them or drive them off without a web, mind you, it just takes so long that whoever they were tackling for has time to catch up and skullfuck you.

Killing drams and other small stuff on sisi with 0 rigors (100MN AB Tengu) - pick T1 ammo, implants, boosters and there you go.

it is not mandatory , in my opinion you probably better of with a target painter or when facing guristas a eccm
most of the time the frigs die long before they get into tackle range

I do not agree with what you are saying , but i will defend to the death your right to say it...... Voltaire
