Citadel Torpedo damage issue with the new customs office

As per title, I'm seeing very low damage from my torps on these new customs offices, I believe it to be a sig radius issue but cannot confirm since that attribute is hidden but when I target painted the customs office my torp damage increased slightly.

So paint it hows this an issue... if its got lower sig than your weapons u get reduced damage, get your fleet to TP it or fit some TPs

Dude, its a STRUCTURE, it should have huge sig radius. I count it as an err.....hmmmm

Or is it? Maybe its suposed to be like this, so only small ships are effective at fighting it (Yo know, small gang target and stuff)

The issue is, it can ever only affect missiles (so the one single dread) and all other ships will always do max damage.

Signed. Capital missiles are only good at hitting structures. Like, that's their only reason to stay alive currently. Let them hit structures correctly.

CCP Tallest or whoever implemented this, could you please take a look at the POCOs signature or the citadel missiles explosion radius/velocity.

As stated. this applies only to missiles and not turrets. The Phoenix and Leviathan will see damage reduction; the turret capitals will not.

According to the overview "size" column, the COs have a 16km sig radius. This should be big enough for citadel torps, no?

In a related issue, drones refuse to attack interbus customs office. They say "engaging", but then just sit there idle.

You don't seem like a typical eve player, I am trying to report a bug not make a personal comment about you but if you insist on drawing attention to yourself in a negative way I'm afraid there's not much I can do for you.

Back to the matter at hand:

The sig radius appears to have been incorrectly attributed as 16m instead of 16000m which is why missiles are not hitting it correctly, I've tried it with both torps and citadel torps and it's definitely wrong. Please fix this CCP before Crucible release.

According to my math, it's 100m, not 16. Already submitted a bug report (#119064).

Incidentally, with 100m radius, stealth bombers do 20% of paper damage.
