level 4 VS level 5 which is best?

I am returning to high sec for isk making. which is better for making isk level 4 or level 5?

Now keep in mind I want to be able to do it fast and will have a salvage toon with me. Will be doing in it in a Loki until my tengu skill are up par.

High sec only?

Level 4 as level 5's don't exist in high sec unless you can get a lucky spawn.

lol good point Lol, i have not being in high sec in a long time.

OK then which is better level 4 or level 5 for isk making?

For ISK making, lvl 5 is better as long as you don't get probed out and killed.

no

to my knowledge the only ships that can run lvl 5 solo are passive shield tanked command ships

in the end it would better to do lvl 4's since lvl 5s in lowsec will probably = death, if the the first few missions the next... the tank u need is ridiculous too so a loss would suck

solo l4 if you have a friend and your both in passive tengu's a L5 is the way to go. but L5's nuet like crazy. so unless your completely passive your dead in the water.

But a good l4 agent will get you 700-1.5b a week if your lazy like me a grinder can make much much more. L5 agents make that in a day, but its much higher risk

If you are lazy, then just go with L4s. 5s pay about the same isk as a L4 and only a handful are vs pirates and have bounties.

Now if you aren't lazy and don't mind doing the market research to find out what has a good isk/lp ratio, then 5s are the best isk return as you can net at or about 98k lp per mission (depending on skills and system security).

Not all 5s neut.. roughly 40% of them have neut towers, with a few additional ones, having neuting ships instead. Carriers aside, a properly fit tengu (active) can solo some of the neut free 5s, and a passive fit one can do some of the neuting ones.

Some missions though will probably require a second ship, either an alt or a friend, providing some extra dps and a bit of rr.

If your only going to high-sec for ISK why aiming for missions, when ISK is so much faster collected in high-sec Incursions. And since you're not going to salvage it's even faster.

Thats because he's full of the brown stuff :)

Best way to make isk is get Logi 5 or a Pirate ship and get in a fully faction/pirate fleet and make 100 million per hour minimum running incursions.

Level V mission without accel Gates Carrier + Noctis. With accel gates. Kronos,Paladin, With Logi support.

The incursion advice is dead on -- 100 mill/hour with just ISK rewards. Then you get LP too. Note, you need a logi or pimped out faction ship to make this level and get fleet invites.
