Hi,

Is it possible to create a .bat file or another script that will launch 4 versions of eve and auto login by "the push of one button"?

Im super lazy and tired of writing all my login details many times a day

Plus I would like my daily routine to be, wake up, push 1 button, make coffee, then play eve.

Thanks

Not a bat file no. You could have 4 clients launch. But you will still have to log in on each.

Possible? Yeah, if you're not horrible at batch scripting and have the right tools. The mechanism by which the launcher logs in the client automatically is not at all hard to duplicate. However, despite seeming harmless, it's probably against the EULA, so you'd be taking a relatively big risk for such a small bit of automation.

not to mention it's probably immensely bad to leave login details in a batch file somewhere ....

Even if this could mean the end of my subscriptions?

Cause honestely it IS a fukin pain in the ass to login evertime, esepcially now with the way this stupid launcher works!!

Bet some people dont even log in many times just because of going through all the login sh1t process...

?::/program files(x64)/ccp/eve/bin/exefile.exe

Look into Powershell. It is more powerful than writing some simple cmd scripts.

There's a way to have separate launch clients? Because that would make swapping between alts SO easy for me.

No its a plain pain in the ass, and the new launcher only introduced the additional step of pressing "switch character".

Botters dont switch accounts, they have one that runs and runs and runs. Normal ppl that have a few very spezcalized characters sometimes need to relog a lot, and for that the batch file, or start profile would be worth a lot.

Also for the security concern, if someone can copy a file from my drive he probably also can install a key logger, if your pc security is compromised your ****** no matter where you store your passwords.

That's the laziest thing I've ever heard. You've got to be even too lazy to follow through with your threat because unsubscribing would be "too much work."

if someone has access to a .bat file on your desktop you have bigger problems then your EvE account getting taken over. sheesh.
you probably have a keylogger anyway.

I use a script to log in 8 clients using the AUR scripting language the comes with Logitech keyboards.

If you don't use the scripting language that comes with the keyboard you will get a ban, no exceptions, I got 2 weeks a few years ago.
