All around characters won't fetch as much as someone that is a bit more specific, and for both characters a chunk of your SP is tied up in the free skillpoints from odyssey (BC and Destroyer skill splits). The characters seem very similar, which Jochem's extra 2m sp tied up in some trade skills and mining skills. Both characters are very... all over the place a bit on what skills they have trained. Mixed missile and gunnery skills, mixed racial ship choices, and many low (0-3) level support skills in both gunnery and missiles.

I would hazard that they are both worth between 4 and 5.5b, but would tend to guess at the low end due to the lack of support skills trained up and the general lack of focus in training.
