Ok, so i want to try out some PI, and I have no idea what anything is.

I have these skills trained...
Command center upgrades 2
Remote sensing 3
Interplanatry consolidation 1

What do I *need* to buy to do PI?
What *should* I buy to do PI?
What do I *need* to train?
What *should* I train?

What do I do now?

Is there a stuped simple guide that diteraly tells me step by step how to do PI?

Thanks.

I would suggest that you get your skills to at least:

Command center upgrades 4
Interplanatry consolidation 4
Remote sensing 4
Planetology 3

before you start doing PI. Also, the extraction rates in highsec suck, you need to do PI in lowsec to really make it worth your while. Find a 0.3 to 0.1 sec system with some plasma, lava, storm, and barren planets and you should make between 150 to 300 million a month easily. Learn to use the cloak/MWD trick to safely travel around lowsec in an industrial. The PI products going into POS fuel production are generally the most profitable to produce unless you're planning on making T4s.

Edit: I forgot to mention, you'll need about 35 million in startup funds to setup the initial 5 planet PI network with the above skills.

Do it in low sec or null sec.
use an epithal with a ton of WCS , a mwd and a cloak.
thank me later.

Don't use advanced factories on your production planets unless you are very lazy /time poor and are happy with a much lower income.

Money at its root is a form of rationing. When the richest 85 people have as much wealth as the poorest 3.5 billion (50% of humanity) it is clear where the source of poverty is. http://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2014/jan/20/trickle-down-economics-broken-promise-richest-85

You *should* buy a nice wormhole and enjoy not being bothered by pesky roamers.
