No, just DC's with a chance-based 100% resist value. CCP, when can we get some of those hero-hull-tank DC's? I wanna throw one of those bastards on an orca, run through low-sec and give people's hopes and dreams up...

It happened pretty much every time I shot a cruiser NPC. I wonder if they actually fixed it. I'll find out tonight I guess.

Yeah noticed navy raven wasnt one-shotting cruisers it normally would after patch. Didnt think much of it till multiple BSs with only a sliver of health took a few damage from a volley and required another to finish. Definitely annoying.

I will one shot them now but not as frequently as before. I think they did a "fix" but don't think it's the same as before.

So, it was a nerf to high-alpha, low-RoF PvE ships (aka CNR.) 8 launchers and good damage application/projection don't mean much if you can't kill things off with less volleys... Ugh

you have to juggle your drones a little to make it work.
