Where to fly carrier ?

It's simple question, If I ever want to fly carrier any day , what is the best way to do it ? my thought was either to join WH C5/C6 corp or join null sec alliance but after discussing with couple of WH corps most of them into pvp and they don't always use carriers unless things went hairy and they need to escalate. That leaves me with only one option of joining null sec alliance which I don't think it's easy to do.

There is 3rd option as far as I know which is low sec corps, seems everyone has an alt sitting in cap but they only undock if they found easy prey to gank in low sec.

So anyone can advice where to go ?

Lady Areola Fappington:  Solo PVP isn't dead!  You just need to make sure you have your booster, remote rep, cyno, and emergency Falcon alts logged in and ready before you do any solo PVPing.

If you just want to do PVE in a carrier, you can do it in any low, wh or null system you prefer and even be in an NPC corp.

Carriers are best used with support, otherwise they become pretty killmails.

I would recommend a major nullsec alliance or a c5/c6 WH group. Some will let you in easily, some will attempt to scam you and kill your carrier.

Be careful, do your research, and be patient. If you don't meet the "entry requirements", go out and get the experience you need to do so.

Flying a Carrier is normally like carrying a luggage bag. You do so when you need to move all your stuff from one place to another.

WH corps don't only need them for escalating PvP situations but more frequently for escalating the PvE WH sites and closing holes. From my experience joining a WH corp in a C5 or C6 will give you the opportunity to make the most use of your carrier while being in a NullSec Alliance will let you use it once in a while for either logistic needs or in a big combat situation.

Carrier has high repping power and low dps. It is usually used as support to BS/BC fleet, but as you said when things get hairy, because ppl will not attack your fleet in the first place if carrier is on the field and if they do then they probably are ready to hot-drop your ass.
So carrier is more of "support" role for the gang.
Most fun (if you are part of good group of other carrier pilots as you need them to refit on the fly which makes whole diff) you will have in low sec, then WH and lastly in 0.0 where carriers are thrown like meat into meat grinder.
