Looking to buy a starter character for a friend of mine who is a new player ,

Not looking to spend more than around 1-2bn so no 3m sp focused Tengu characters for 5 bn please Shocked

Doesnt need anything special, just looking for the kind of character you should get out of the box instead of useless 50k sp and obligatory 3 months of training until you can even undock from station P

Any race, ships etc but does need some combat skills

I know its on the low side but I have seen a few on here today around that price range, and I will genuinely consider any toon even if its only got one or two million SP, more for someone looking to free up a character slot obviously Lol
