SOE Lvl 4 Agents - Dev question

Quick question for the Dev's:

Why are all of the level 4 SOE Security Agents located in regions controlled by Caldari or Amarr?

The reason I ask this is this - if you don't refuse the combat missions against the Amarr, soon enough, you won't be able to fly in their or Caldari space, thus making you unable to continue missioning for your agent.

Thoughts?

Check out the agent in Lanngisi, minmatar space,. A couple of the SOE agents were reassigned recently to the security division level 4. Osmon was being overloaded by folks stockpiling LP for the new SOE faction ships. But if you kill the amarr in minmatar space, you will still have the same standings losses. It's up to you to decide if you want to do anti faction missions.

its not a permanent thing. they by all good reasoning default back to their original status after the next expansion.

so just refuse the Amarr missions. *puzzled* what is the big deal?
