Best use of LP?

So I am lazy, but not too lazy, as I mission often.

I end up with lots of LP and would like ask you wise ones a question regarding turning it into ISK without invading your personal markets.

What I do now...
Basically buy skill books or implants as they are easy to sell in quantity and get around 600isk per LP quickly.

Question ....
Are faction ships or Blueprints worth the trade out, to build and sell? It looks like it's less profitable, but I may be missing something, same with faction gear.

If your LP are with Sisters, let me know, I'll set up private contracts to buy various items from you from their LP store and will pay a lot more than 600 ISK per LP.
