I understand this seems a bit unfair but we tried our best to spread the agents out so none of the new ones are instantly the most popular, most obvious choice and it seemed a bit overkill to introduce/upgrade 3 more agents at this point.

Gellente missionrunners can use the one in minmatar space as even if they have killed their standigs towards caldary/amarr with anti faction missions minmatars would still love them. While not as good as having your own sisters agent in gallente space somewhere it will be magnitudes better than having only one lev 4 combat agent for sisters in caldari space.

I am still learning the ropes. But I do my best to be a true EVE player one day. I have heard it involves not logging into the game and having the right attitude in forums.

I think I'm almost getting the attitude right when I concentrate real hard but it's a lot harder to resist the urge to log in to see whats going on in space. Anyway I will need few more cups of coffee for my today session of right attitude.

What was the logic behind moving these agents into a .5 system?

The LP advantage of a .2 system (Aeschee) over a .7 system (Osomon) was significant (approx 57% more LP in the .2 system)

The LP advantage of a .2 system over a .5 systems is only 33%


Before this change there was a large population of mission runners & hunters in the Aeschee area.
After this change most of the mission runners appear to have moved to the appropriate high sec system.


Was this an intentional effort to move people out of low sec into high sec or an oversight?

This Lanngisi location is the best; close to trade hub, two COSMOS constellations, the Gallente border, major travel routes and even Gicodel, the old major SoE hub.

Oh, and yes, the LP output is great too. Not too many peeps seem to have realized (yet), though.

The proximity of the Minmatar's secondary trade hub (Hek) to Lanngisi is a plus... the Genesis market cannot compare with that of a trade hub region.

But: Apanake is a little closer to Gicodel (10j vs 11), and a fair bit closer to Dodixie (7j vs 10). It is also only high-sec reachable via Gallente space. And to top it off, there's a Sisters of EVE storyline agent only 1j away in Sheroo. In my humble opinion, unless you've royally pissed of Her Imperiousness' administration, it's as close to a new Gicodel there is for us Gallenteans.

Well, there is a Storyline agent within the station at Lanngisi too.

Anyhow, for me it is the proximity to COSMOS that attracts the most.

I checked ever other system in Ani constellation, but I forgot to check Lanngisi itself. I should've looked harder... Hm, maybe I should visit Bear

Could've used one somewhere in amarr space, they're all quite far out if your playground is the Empress's back yard. Even a L3 combat would get good traffic from the locals.

But if you are pulling SoE missions in Aeschee you got 2x L4 security agents and a L3 distribution agent. So more LP per hour if you do it right and don't get caught. With all the gankers at these hubs, it's almost safer and worthwhile to actually run the agents in Aeshee.

I would like to know how lowsec missions work. I guess if your corp was in system and it was all blues you could do them but I don't see how a random person could just warp in and run them. Even in something fast like a T3 you would still get pined down by a couple recons.

L3 security agents are good for lower skill pilots that simply take too long to do level 4s but that's about it. I'm not sure what a level 3 distribution agent would be good for unless to get standings to level 4. You can train a no skill alt into an Iteron Mk V in 33 min so skills aren't an issue to do level 4 distribution missions.

We really don't need the Stratios to cost more than T3s do, which absolutely would be the case if all the agents were in low/nullsec. Remember the pirate faction ships can be acquired from plexes and exploration, the SoE ships have no such source.

Tips for missioning in lowsec:
- When missioning in lowsec you first want an insta-undock bookmark and an instant dock bookmark.
- Biggest problem you will have is getting caught on jumpgates, but a scout alt can help with that.
- Don't fly blingy.
- The L4 missions are not harder in lowsec, but do give better payouts.
- Battleships are viable in lowsec, but you want to use the MJD and use a snipe setup for missions instead of some of the traditional brawler/tanky fits.
- People still have to scan you down, so you need to watch D-scan. You should be doing this in hisec so you don't get ganked.
- Blitz the missions if you can, don't take missions that require too many jumps, don't take missions that take a long time to complete.

Anyone care to add anything else that I may have missed?
