I am most concerned that drones will not be tweaked to balance into place, but will be completely reworked form the ground up.

Lol. This has to be the most biased list of imbalances you couldve requested.

Drone UI sucks, Drone boats on the other hand are dominant in the current meta.

If youre seriously struggling with Drone ships in either PvE or PvP, you simply need to uninstall EvE and go back to farmville.

also what about tractor beam drones that can auto bring you're wrecks to you?

T2 Logis are already OP, with even just 3 drones who would benefit from that skill they'd become even worst.

+1 like the drone bay rigs, however the penalty on armor should be taken off imho. Maybe increase ships sign radius instead?
Also the idea of making them deploy more than 5 drones is not really a good one considering drone dmg buffs/mods added lately.

Removing 10% of armor HP for an extra flight of heavies and a flight of meds is an incredibly heavy nerf when considering that, in most battleship-to-battleship fights, the opponent will go straight for the enemy's ship due to the long locktimes involved in locking the opponent's drones and the relative ease with which they can be recalled as soon as damage begins to land. I can see this being useful on carriers and the rattlesnake, but that's about it.

I always thought atleast for drone boats you should have more range in picking up you're sentries like 10km

Any body suggested adding dmg types to drones?

Hobgoblins 15 therm -> change that to 10 Therm and 5 Kin

Hammerheads 24 therm -> 16 Therm 8 Kin

Orges 48 therm -> 32 Therm 16 Kin

Gallente Therm/Kin
Caldari Kin/Therm
Amarr EM/Therm
Minmatar Exp/Kin

Might add some versatility to combat drones while keeping the dmg the same.

Plus I think light drones are over powered. They should have 12 base dmg in line with the bigger drones.

Multiple damage types are for pirate drones (integrated and augmented).
I would agree with reducing light drone damage down to 12 but then all drone based frigates would need a +5% drone damage per level to be equal to where they are now.

If you don't follow the rules, neither will I.
