Supers and their Drones

When the super nerf hits TQ, can we figure out a better way to move all the unusable (and usable!) drones out of the drone bay without having them moved to "home" (aka medclone) station?

On current SiSi build, all drones, fighters and fighter bombers are moved from the drone bay to the home station. Normally this would not be an issue, but seeing as supers cannot dock, it really makes life difficult for people without a carrier alt or supers that live in non-Outpost systems.

I do not know what would be a better option, I just know that dropping ::everything:: out of dronebays on supers into a station which cannot be docked in by a super is not a good solution. At least leave all the fighter bombers or something in-tact.

Maybe everything should be dropped into the corporate hangar?

Decent idea, but no where near enough m3 in the corp hanger. There is no good solution that I can think of tbh. Either way, the only way to access the dronebay on a super is at a POS with Ship Maint Array or with someone in a carrier/super/orca configured for refit. (that I know of.)

Perhaps have the ship unable to launch drones as long normal drones are in the drone bay?

I like that... Force the pilot to take care of it immediately without having to figure out how to get drones/fighters from outpost to dronebay.

To be honest, there would be no problem at all if CCP left fighters and bombers in drone bay and removed all the others. But since ::everything:: got removed from drone bays, it creates a problem.

You could still move everything in the 1st hanger.

Ever left a ship has a % bonus to cargo, whilst it was nearly full and then looked at it's cargo? It shows that you have, for example, 25,000m3 used with 5500m3 max capacity...

It would just mean that you cannot put anything into the corp hangers until you sort it out... ironically you wouldn't be able to undock either :p

If super pilots remove all drones except the requisite number of fighters and bombers before Crucible hits, will the drone bay still get cleaned out?

Would really like to know before launch.

Hahaha, my medclone is literally on the other side of EVE relative to my supercarrier. This is gonna be fun :3

Esp since fighter bombers are just a practical size for moving around without a supercarrier :\
