0.0, Low Sec, Black Holes & Capital Hulls

Black Holes:
Randomly Spawn throughout 0.0 & Lowsec for a certain amount of Time but with devastating consequences for any Capitals that happen to be "In Space" (i.e. Not Docked!).
Those inside a POS shield are offered a reasonable amount of protection though not 100% and the Black Hole will cause any fitted modules to cease working (including drones). Note: Jump Drive will still operate though at 75% of normal capacity

Due to their sheer destructive force, Blackholes will Rip apart ANY Capital sized hull within seconds (Insert Eve Lore to explain why only Caps are affected) . Sub Capital hulls are not affected (insert more random Eve Lore to explain why)

In a system with no Black Hole, a two minute warning will appear giving any Cap pilots a very short time to GTFO of Dodge.

In a system where a Black Hole has already spawned & you jump to it? Cyno > Loading Screen > KABOOM


Many Tears & Keyboards being thrown in Anger? Probably - But hey, Risk v's Reward. Oh, and watch the Cap Blobbage seriously reduce


Imagine the Carnage this would cause!! "Blob A" v "Blob B".. they engage.. cynos light up.. Caps on the field.. Suddenly a warning appears of an Imminent Black Hole... Uh Oh...

or

Alliance A jumps in to start pounding Alliance B's home system.. Caps deployed.. that horrible sick feeling.. Uh Oh..

Maybe release a new Module that lets you know of the likely hood of any Black Holes spawning? 0-70% chance? (stop the carebears from crying to much)

Perhaps 3 Types of Black Hole? i.e.

Class 1 - Most devastating destroying all Capital Hulls in Open Space
Class 2 - Destroying Cap Hulls Shield & Armor Leaving them in Hull (rendering 50% of random fitted modules inactive)(drones, DD, Siege inactive due to spacial distortions)
Class 3 - Rendering 50% of random fitted modules inactive & increasing activation timer of remainder by 1000% (drones, DD, siege inactive due to spacial distortions)


Idea Workable? Maybe

I remember something from Babylon 5 where the Mimbari were so expert with there hyper drives that they could open them up on a target ship and destroy it. You could have suggested something similar where a jump point will cause a wee bit of damage to vessels with in a 2.5 km radius, friendly or not; make those hot drop bumps mean something.
