(WTB) Stealth Bombers / Gallente PVP / Loki/Tengu/Legion | 3-4b budget

Hi there!

Recently having lost a bid on an amazing character, I am planning to look further for the right alt for me.
In light of this, I am interested in multiple possible types of characters, and I'll write down the requirements below.

All characters must be focused. Wasted SP lowers the value significantly.
You must adhere to the Character Bazaar rules, which include a positive wallet. Aside of that, I do like to have no negative standing, and no killrights.

Remember that a character name is quite important to me aswell, I hate to cringe each time I log in. (Bonus to proper Russian names, those are awesome)


Budget:
3-4b

What do I not want:
I do not want characters with 13m SP and then end up having 11 mil SP in Destroyer 5 and BC 5. I don't care for them, I find it wasted SP. If you offer me a character like that, the budget goes down by 2b :)

What do I look for?

  • Good weapon skills (most support skills at level 4 or higher)
  • T2 Torpedo's
  • Solid Engineering skills (CPU/Cap/Power management at 5)
  • Good shield skills (mostly 4+)

@Anita Maria It's a cool character, but I am honestly looking for a bit more of a developed character if it is possible.


In regards to Ill Tidings

I am a legitimate customer, and while you're right that I might've made the mistake to break the rules, that does not lower my right to try and find a good character in my budget range. So I kindly ask you to stop slandering me, move on so that we both can do our work in legitimate ways.

You are obviously not familiar with the forum rules.
