An excellent suggestion comrade Anslo.

All Gallenteans should do their part and make sure that those who plan on entering State space are unable to do so. Cause traffic jams in the station, stop fuel blocks from arriving on time. Little inconveniences that stop ships from deploying. Don't start shooting fellow Gallenteans though.

If you really must do something more active wait on the border to make sure Provist filth don't make a run for Gallente low-sec where the State can't pursue them. Perhaps you could aid in the search with a exploration or reconnasiance craft, but only with State permission. Once the fighting starts, back off. Don't expect them to even give you the permission in first place also.

As I have done with my crews, I would so recommend to those field researchers in the region, in an effort to minimize the threat to State Citizens:

  • Review of emergency medical procedures, with refresher for all crew members
  • Review of emergency escape procedures, with ship-wide drills twice weekly
  • Reassessment of crew assignments with Executive Officer(s)
  • Reassessment of ship defensive and evasive capabilities with Executive Officer(s) and Engineering Lead(s)
  • Evaluation of potential ship reconfiguration, pending prior assessments
  • Remote back-up of all research data and communications

Pod Pilots leading extended cosmographical expeditions may wish to contract the delivery of additional supplies.

All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain。

I'll stay out of this matter and not intervene. However, if - and only if - Heth crosses over into Federation territory as defined by the pre-war borders, the gloves come off. I encourage all other Federation pilots to do the same.

I concur comrade Ixiris. We will respect the Caldari's borders, and in turn we hope they will respect ours.

If Heth winds up in Federation custody, I advise working out a compromise between State officials immediately to avoid unnecessary conflict like last time.

ONLY if the Caldari request our assistance or Heth moves to Federation territory. We are not the policemen of the cluster. Let the Caldari handle this themselves. If a rouge President was running around, we would want them to stay out of our territory too.

I have been in constant communications with my contacts in the Navy and have been urging them to convince the brass not to intervene unless necessary. I suggested that if they really want to help, they use the plethora of intelligence gathering assets they have to locate Heth. They seem to be listening but I cannot guarantee they will and hold no responsibility should they do anything rash.

I doubt your government would allow this.

That said, while the Caldari prefer to handle their own problems, I can't see why we would reject a Gallente capsuleer transferring control of a wanted man into our custody. Why would we object to that?

Hrm, one of the borderline systems, as well as several nearby ones are under Federal control, I doubt elements of the FDU are going to simply allow Caldari militia free passage through.

Remember Heth's a wanted man to the State, the Federation and I'm quietly confident the DED would want to question him regarding actions during the Battle of Caldari Prime. I don't see why you should limit any operation to bring him to justice based on pre-CEPWA borders. When you realise one almost inevitable truth, you should accept all the help available, no matter where it comes from.

Because let's face it, Tibus Heth is not going to allow himself to be captured, if there's a fight, he'll win it or die trying.

When your gut instincts tell you something is wrong, trust them. When your heart tells you something is right, ignore it, check with your brain first. Accept nothing, challenge everything.

as some have pointed out earlier, IF Heth are or have forces that is gathering and there is a internal confrontation between Caldari State forces, please do not engage or assist, chanse is that assisting either side in this matter just gives couse to more fraction the caldari state, let the Cladari handle their own internal politics, unless they explicably ask for aid

I know where i stand in this matter ewen if i usually dont take sides, but id like to keep my exelent standing and cooporation with Ishokune and Lai Dai corporation... Captain Pieter Tuulinen i wish you and your fellow protectors of the state best of luck to bring order to your state, let me know if i can help in non direct military matters, i could offer the asistance of a few signal ships, medical fitted industrials, or the like
