These typically sell for around 13-14. I can link a dozen different topics in which they have gone for that recently if you doubt me.

The npc price isn't in the least bit relevant and won't be unless CCP let you sell it back to npcs for npc price. Here is a discussion of why that is the case.
https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=279943&find=unread

Basically there are way more bpos in existence than the number of bpos needed to actually meet the demands for supers. What this means is that the market is in a permanent state of saturation and a lot of bpos have to go unused because the owner cannot build with it because nobody wants the super so it'd be a waste of minerals. The idle bpos get used to print copies because the owners assume that that way at least they recover some of their investment. The copies then all get thrown on the market in Jita which is why good nyx bpcs only cost 200m or so.

So, you can get 100 nyx bpcs for the price of a nyx bpo, surely that means that a nyx bpo pays for itself, it just takes 100 back to back nyx builds to do so, right?
Well, firstly 100 back to back nyx builds would take approximately 5 years of constant 24/7 production so that's a fairly poor rate of return for an awful, awful lot of effort. Secondly you'd then have to find 100 people who want nyx to sell it to without impacting the profit margin on nyx production.
Even if you do all that though the nyx bpo still hasn't earned you a return because of a little concept we like to call opportunity cost.
Now, say you have 20b to get blueprints for your nyx production. You can either buy a bpo for 20b and, after 100 builds, still have a bpo but have saved yourself 20b in bpc costs or you can buy a bpc for 200m and then invest 19.8b in literally anything else. Assuming a 2% monthly return the 19.8b will net you a profit of near 400m per month, more than enough to pay for the next bpc.

Buying a super bpo in the current market is tying up capital you could use elsewhere and getting one of the worst possible returns of any investment in the game at the moment. Furthermore the copy system makes bpo ownership entirely voluntary, there is no need to own them and doing so costs isk. They have no value as a manufacturing tool, you can manufacture without them, their only value is as an investment and as such they are priced based upon the return on investment that super manufacturers are willing to accept as an investment. 100% return after 100 nyx builds is too low and therefore nobody pays npc price, or anything like it. You will never get npc price on the bpo.

BS. These BPOs are worth more than 14b. Jerych0, you better try with public contracts with your prices, you will find a buyer there.

That's some pretty weak analysis you have there.
This guy here seems to be trying to sell his fully researched one for 16b but got no interest
https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=275723
This guy here tried to sell his me5 one for 15.5b but nobody wanted it for that
https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=3574782#post3574782
This guy here valued his at 17, no interest at that but another guy sold one for 14.25b in topic
https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=3548755#post3548755
This one went for 12.5b
https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=3513571#post3513571
This one was listed for 14b but sold for less
https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=3663355#post3663355
This guy tried to sell two like yours for 28, eventually sold for less

I'm aiming at the OP, not you. You don't have to censor words here, nobody cares.

Something i outline a lot of times , but offcourse it will cost you to place them there wich usually is why people don't do that in the first place. They don't want to wait till someone buy it from contract , they don't want to spend the fee for contracts but then they also don't want to sell to people who value it at what it's worth on the forums.Basically your setting yourself in a 'stuck' position there.

Contract buyers usually are idiots so you have a chance of selling them there . I don't mind those idiots btw , they let me play eve on freebie mode , some people just don't mind being uninformed Blink .

We are all born ignorant, but one must work hard to remain stupid.

I agree with you and for the most part with X ATM092. What I meant to say is that if OP sets it on contracts at his desired price, he increases his chance for a sale and the fees are very minimal -- 12m broker fees for 15b++ and for 2 weeks, and 50m tax for the sale.

Here, you will usually attract resellers that don't mind waiting the weeks/months it takes to sell the prints. I mentioned that in one of the thread linked above, hence why I mostly aimed at the seller in this thread to help him/her see things differently than just what you see on the forums.
