As title says. Is there a way to change your corps name?

Thx in advance, Nina.

If you're the only member, resign as CEO then reform corp with new name, pay the corp creation fee. Job done.

In the beginning there was nothing, which exploded.

Don't known if they do, but CCP should charge like they do for character transfers.

I just turned into an egg, did I level up? I spent an hour trying to salvage a wreck, when in local a guy said "Stop it, this is my Tempest, I was AFK"

You cannot rename a corporation aside from starting an entirely new one

If you have POS's and the like you'll need to take them down before closing the corp, all corp assets will need to be become personal assets and then transferred to the new corp.

If you are the one that forms the new corp you'll automatically become CEO, bear in mind that you'll have to wait for 7 downtimes for any standings you personally have to affect the corps standings, especially for POS rights in highsec.

So if i'm correct. Easiest thing to do is just down all
of the towers and just start a new corp.

Thx guys.

That must be some terrible name if you want to go through all that.

It's not the "easiest" thing ... it's the only thing.

One of the bitter points of a good bittervet is the realisation that all those SP don't really do much, and that the newbie is having much more fun with what little he has. - Tippia

Mink Industries seems fine. Why do you want to change it? What new name are you thinking of?

See Bio for isk doubling rules. If you didn't read bio, chances are you funded those who did.

Name your corp after a tradmarked entity (like Blackwater USA) and petition it using an alt.

AFAIK you can only change name's caption, but not the name itself. Same applies to character names.
