Okagaiken – Ships whose transponder callsigns match those of Tibus Heth and other Provist loyalists who'd escaped the Haatomo siege were detected in the Okagaiken system of Black Rise's Urpiken constellation.

Diana Kim!! Your hero is back!

So is this a call for a general mobilization or should I buy a bucket of popcorn and just wait to watch the 'Return of Tibus Heth' holoreel??

I'm sure Impetus will have a field day with this one!! (So will Gutter Press incidentally). I'm wondering if it will be a comedy, tragedy, war flick or romance...

Romance... that'll be the day...

Heth heralds interesting questions. Suppose the guy actually yields up a little of his extremist nature, he could be of great use to the State.

He is the reason Caldari have a foothold on Caldari Prime, after all. He did give them back, at least partially, their home.

He also helped Caldari find their roots again, even if it did cause quite the shake-up.

Of course he would later create atrocities too.

Talk about an interesting character...

Usually dictators, terrorist, and warlords order their men to kill themselves when all is lost and they risk getting captured. Don't be so eager.

Pyre Falcon has moved to a state of Elevated Alert in the Black Rise region and strongly suggests other Caldari State Loyalist forces do the same.

In particular be prepared for Blue on Blue engagements from Provist and Templis Dragonaur forces. Dark days kirjuun - strong hearts and stern duty.

For the first time since I started the conversation, he looks me dead in the eye. In his gaze are steel jackhammers, quiet vengeance, a hundred thousand orbital bombs frozen in still life.

You're doing the right thing, even if my endorsement perhaps won't do much to rally the troops.
If you're worried about me being on your side, just remember that sanity and stability are as well.

I won't say this often, but may fortune find those loyal to the Executives of the Caldari State on this day and on this mission.

Your State is proud of you, and New Eden is proud of you. I wish you the best of luck in apprehending the coward.

Despite Heth being our enemy too, even more so than the State's one could argue, t's probably best for the Caldari to handle this themselves. I strongly urge all Gallente forces, independent, corporate, and Federal, to avoid intervention unless it is asked for or the inevitable conflict moves into our space.

A nation's wrongs should be righted by their own people, not another's. You might think sending in support is helping, but it really isn't. Imagine if a Gallente vessel killed or apprehended Heth. It would be Colelie all over again, except even worse because we don't consider the Caldari our friends, and neither do they.

So please, my fellow Gallente comrades, stay out of it unless our assistance is asked for or the battle enters our territory.

While I hope it does not come to that, Tuulinen-haan, I suspect it will.

I fear that Heth-guri will not recognize his kin.

Aaaaand then Draconis and all them go in anyway. If people wanna help, work on keeping the more trigger happy of the Fed out of State space, if anything.

We are already past that point, Priano-haani. Heth-tyuii stopped recognising his own kin when he ordered the destruction of those freighters around New Caldari Prime.

We are unable to launch reconnaisance missions at present, but will be doing so at earliest ability. In the meantime, we re-iterate our free medical services to any and all loyal Caldari pilots, and are happy to negotiate discounts for their crews.

Best of luck to all in securing State territory.

I would not call forceful exchange with Provist and Templis Dragonaur entities "blue on blue" engagements. The men and women serving under these two organizations forfeited their right to call themselves Caldari when they chose to adopt an ideology of mass murder against the Gallente and Caldari people. Especially those Caldari people who chose to not adopt their same beliefs. No, these people are not Caldari in any sense of the word. May death bring them peace.

It was meant in the classic sense where they may be flagged as part of the State Protectorate and, therefore, appearing as BLUE due to their IFF transponders.

Of course. Let us hope, however, that our technology (being so "advanced" as it is) will not make this mistake as it would be a rather annoying but small hindrance. Regardless, being tied up with other matters right now, I do wish you and other State loyalists out in the area a swift and decisive victory.

Moitte.

Apologies for the late IGS broadcast.

As Black Rise is not within our operational sphere, Ishuk-Raata will be in touch with Pyre Falcon to coordinate an appropriate response.

Thank you.
