I've been reading a lot of posts lately about industry and hearing stuff about ice being moved only to low/null sec, customs offices being player controlled, and all sorts of changes. All CCP is doing is trying to make it so that null sec is 1. more profitable and 2. more desirable a place to be.

I strongly agree that only certain things should be found in null sec and never in high sec unless exported there.

Now the only thing they need to fix is SOV issues and introduce new space to the game, entire new regions with systems.

It is incredibly hard to get a foothold in null sec unless you are in some bumfuck region or system no one wants any damn ways. The thing is the more SOV you have the harder it should be to hold. Take the major power blocks in the game. They hold multiple regions, not just a few systems obviously. I think it should increase in price per month the more systems you own starting with a small amount for those smaller alliances trying to get that foothold. Then it could go up from there for owning a constellation, a region, multiple regions, etc. This would discourage larger alliances from holding so much space and make null sec a more equal playing ground and a more dynamic one.

One day it will be all the major alliances holding the null sec regions with no way for small alliances to grow and do something in the game unless they run NPC space or low sec. EVE will become stagnant and eventually it will be only a couple of major alliances left in nullsec because they will conquer the other ones eventually as they grow and push out the smaller or weaker ones. Do you really want null sec to get stagnant?

Another thing that really bugs the **** out of me is POS's. It is really a gaggle **** to deploy POS's, position everything, etc. Sure it is great that they have FINALLY reduced anchoring/onlining times. That is a MAJOR plus and a lot of the headache for those who run POS's. One major thing that could be done to help the POS enthusiast is to make a special view for working on your POS. You could have the option of the normal manage window or an advanced manage window. Here you could anchor modules and position them in a better way with snap points and indicators of where things are, different barriers of minimum and maximum positions for things outside of the shield. Snap points outside of the shield for the basic and intermediary cardinal directions on the two most common axis'. It would save a lot of time and headache for those who actually want their POS to look nice or positions a certain way.

While I'm on my soapbox about POS's, it would be nice to see new POS Towers. Like an extra large tower for each race.
