The corporation tax rate in Iceland is half what it is in the US. Sales tax in Iceland is much higher though so, it probably about evens out. Germany (random country in the Eurozone) is in between on both.


It's being sold by a corporation in the US, and by, probably, a different corporation (tax wise) in Germany.

So they'll be paying taxes in the respective countries.

The sales tax in the US isn't included on the $150 (I hate that about the US), and you're expected to pay it to your state (fat chance most of the time) when buying from the internet, across state lines.

Now that His Chribbaness mentions it... I agree. I miss my old av. I used to look like a snarky Gallentean comedian. Now I'm all professional/military/dignified and stuff. Old Garamonde was definitely better...

Also, I miss the old days when CCP employees and GM's were all Jovian toons. That piece of nostalgia needs to come back.

This makes me disappointed that none of my enquiries about shipping to New Zealand got answered, as we aren't on the listed CE countries. So I haven't been able to order it since I can't find out if they would deliver here.

Probably a stupid question, but the mystery code isn't included in the digital pack is it?
Aussie locale, so I'm not inclined to risk losing my Collector's Edition to Customs (Happened to me before with a different game)
I don't suppose they'll allow something for it?

It's going to sound ****, but I wouldn't get it dude. I'm in Australia and they have some ****** up customs laws about stuff getting shipped in from other countries.

I lost a collector's edition pack from another game to Aussie customs, and I'm assuming you'd need to order via australia to get yours.

Hey guys i have a question. Will the Amazon CE pre-orders also get the mystery code that is stated on the Eve-Store. Or is that just a Eve-Store bonus?

To the people complaining about the Arm.. need I remind you there have been cybernetic eyes in game for a while now ? 3 of em.. well, two and that one that covers your eye or something..

So the idea that you just get a new body each time and you are good as new has been out the window for a while..

I would gladly trade the arm for having the same texture layering applied to our legs so we got to buy stockings. Autumm is coming and bare legs give my girls the colds. Smile

(Of course, i am aware that what i ask may require more than 2 devs and a handful of man/hours... or maybe dealing with how, in the truest CCP style, avatar legs and arms are handled in a different way and what works for arms, won't work for legs without extensive recoding... Lol)

Exactly why I haven't ordered. Much as I would have loved to even before the Mystery code information was released (I want the Rifter USB for a start). But without concrete information that it will be shipped to NZ, I'm not spending that much, and the petition I placed about it wasn't answered.

Seiryu, did customs gave you a specific reason for confiscating your game? Do they not accept anything that hasn't been reviewed by the Australian Classification Board?

Edit:
I've checked online and Eve has been given an Australian classification (PG), so I can't really think of any cause they'd have for confiscating it. Could be wrong of course.

The code will be printed onto a card and included in a digipak inside the box . Once you've redeemed it we will then send you an email whenever there is something new to claim Pirate

The code is included inside the box so rest assured you'll definitely get it if ordered through Amazon

Hi there, the EVE Store is able to ship to New Zealand. Just select from the list of countries in the 'region' navbar at the top of the screen.
