Amarr incursions/support pvp help: Remaps and skill choices (20m SP)

This char is from 2003, but I have not played in a long while so would like som help on my skills from people with more recent experience.

I currently have around 20m sp, char can be found here: http://eveboard.com/pilot/Circe_Faui

I am currently trying out missions and might get into incursions later on, but ultimately I will probably get bored of it and go for PvP at some point. I used to be in PIE and right now I am 99% skilled for Amarr ships. I am a support type of player and used to be an interceptor pilot.

My short term goals are to fly these ships well:
Paladin
Guardian
Curse
Possibly Anathema, Purifier, Pilgrim, HACs, EAS as well.

Currently int/mem, with 2 remaps remaining. This puts me in a nice position where I can respec for a short while to something that does not have a whole years worth of skills for me. After that I will go per/will. This is my first big question:
Should I train drones as planned (see below) or go for leadership?

My current list of skills to be trained:

Finish up int/mem:
Cybernetics 5
Biology 4
Warp Drive Operation 4
Astronautics Rigging 4
Jury Rigging 4
Long Distance Jamming 3
Turret Destabilization 3
Sensor Linking 4
Cloaking 4 (if I go for the stealth ships)

Switch to mem/per for drones:
Repair Drone Operation 4
Drone Sharpshooting 4
All drone specializations 3
Combat Drone Operation 5
Drone Interfacing 5
Drone Durability 4
Drone Navigation 5
EW Drone Interfacing 4

Swap to per/will for one whole year and do lots of cool skills:
Whatever

Questions about skills:
If I go for the Anathema I guess I need probing skills as well. What do I need to function well, if not perfect as an Anathema pilot?

Are the following skills worth training to 5: Repair Drone Operation 5, Drone Durability 5, EW Drone Interfacing 5, Remote Repair Systems Operation 5?

Any skill on the list not worth taking so high? Should be taken higher? Missing?

I know I am always capstable with repair systems 4, but I was thinking PvP/neut resilience.

On paper, the drone skills are not worth it, but I was thinking it is a good opportunity if ever to train them now that I have a mem/per spec to spare. I do not foresee myself piloting an Armageddon/Carrier/other drone boat in the future, however.

What I train once per/will is of secondary importance since I have 1 year to figure it out, I just want to make sure I do not miss anything during my int/mem and mem/per respecs first.

I realize this ended up quite long so here is a TL;DR:
I want to fly the ships listed above
I have two remaps, should I go for drones or leadership before going per/will?
What should be changed during my int/mem and mem/per remaps in the skill list above?

Thanks in advance to anyone that takes the time to read it and comment!

For incursions you will never go wrong with a logistic ship. Logi 4 at least, energy emission 4, remote armor repair 4.
In incursions you will be needing leadership if you want to FC properly (can be done without, but always nice with wing 3).
Drones are not used as much... it's different from fleet to fleet and the FC.

To clarify: Per/Will skills do not matter too much right now as that is what is planned for my final remap. So yes by then I will train logi, to level 5 probably.

Drone skills are for the curse, not for the logi.

Also, emission is at 5 already.

How do you mean FC? I do not plan on leading any incursion fleets and do the logi role at the same time. And they should be small enough that only 1 person needs to boost, or am I wrong?

It really does depend on how the fleet is setup since you can set it up in like 10 different ways Lol
Well I mean .. do it, go for it. Paladin I heard is good for armor fleets as well.

I see. Well thats one voice for leadership then I guess.

Any other opinions?

Also about the drone skills for curse?

And ofcourse input on my int/mem skills before I swap for one whole year to per/will

Actually there is no reason to fly a paladin if u can afford a nightmare. But seeing your skill sheet, u don't have shield tanking skills. Training up your shield skills will benefit you more in the long run than training up marauders.
