I've only been there once, not sure if that's normal.

But I have to assume that THE EVE GATE HAS INDEED REOPENED, AND IT PROVIDES A DIRECT LINK TO THE SERENITY SERVER.

Things are about to get epic up in here.

I was there a few days ago and it definately looked different then (no icon or wh effect)

I was there 2 years ago and it looked like a VERY large star. Bright solid disk that was reddish, if I remember correctly.

That looks like a large wormhole.

I HAVE TO ASSUME THAT THIS PROVIDES A DIRECT LINK TO JOVE SPACE.

Actually I know what you did here. Glad I didn't waste time. You scanned down a wormhole and this is a shot of it aligned with your camera and the EvE Gate. Solved. nice try.

I've always held the religious belief that when the EVE gate collapsed, it spawned two parallel universes; both evolved along almost identical lines until the rise of capsuleers, at which point history began diverging. So we've got Serenity, and we've got Tranquility, and one day they will be reconnected by the EVE gate.

That day has come.

The spreadsheet warriors will be some of the first casualties, as two radically different markets try to reach equilibrium. Then . . . in the midst of the economic turmoil . . . we'll send them TEST.

Agreed, I looked at it and thought that it looked like a wh to Caldari space. But it could be anywhere given the lack of detail.

Dumbing down of Eve Online will result in it's destruction...

It's a c3, you can tell by the cloudy bit being surrounded by brown, purple, and vomit. Caldari space is more uniform blue throughout the sky box.
