It will work in a similar way to the tattoos, but this is a whole new arm your getting, not just some ink.

No, I believe it's a new category since it's more than a tattoo.

It looks like a texture added to the existing body mesh, just like a sleeve tattoo covering the hand, no extra 3D details.

i want a cybernetic head. Like R2D2. Flashlight and electro-poker included.

how to fix eve: 1) remove ECM 2) rename dampeners to ECM 3) add new anti-drone ewar for caldari 4) give offgrid boosters ongrid combat value
