Sorry, but i dont think it cost even 18. To low Gunnery, no BS V, look for example http://eveboard.com/pilot/The_Bandid - similar SP but much more PvP opportunities. But thanks for bump

Sorry i dont think this char cost more then 13-14b, i want spend more money on more gunnery and space ship command skills.
