Isis, to answer some of your questions, the location is secure, there will be measures in place to discourage the smuggling in of illicit goods or weapons. The exact details of these will have to be vague at best, but as I finalize the details, I will be able to provide you all with the general location and measures that will be in place.

As to political function or group, the charity is not politically aligned. It is my hope to raise a few more ISK for the orphanage project being undertaken by the Order of the Ebon Rose. Given the amount that has been donated and the possibility of what could be raised here, the Order hopes to expand the project from just within the Republic and setting up or aiding in Federation space. Personally, I would love to see the project expand into the four nations, but the Order will have to work with the Caldari and the Amarr regarding that.

Not by intention, though some aspects of how we'd like to handle the event will mirror Federation law.



CONCORD. We will be happy to auction the sale of warships and their assorted modules, along with infantry gear and other weapons of war validated by the SCC. As these are some of the highest value items that can be sold to others of our kind, they are a natural choice to raise funds with. Yes, we're all well aware of the irony.

Illegally modified or unmarked weapons will not be auctioned.

Guests will not be allowed to enter bearing weapons of any type. Guests with certain implanted weapons within their clones, legal or otherwise, may be turned away at the door and asked to return in a clone without augment-weapons.



Your attache will not be entering with you. Security and service is provided to guests, and attendance will be extended only to approved capsuleers and clone troopers.



You will not be auctioning anything. You are welcome to make donations that will be sold at auction for the profit of the charity, but acceptance of donations is dependent on their legality and likelihood of sale. Approved items are starship modules, infantry equipment, starships and vehicles, pilot licence extensions, and certain bulk materials of value. All items to be auctioned will be vetted for profitability and ease of transport and handling.



If I may speak for my friend,

Steffanie Saissore is not devoid of political alignments, nor are her ambitions. The auction, however, is intended to raise support for operations that care for orphaned and disabled children. I'm sure somewhere there is a political party or ideology that is explicitly for helping the children. I'm sure if you squint your eyes hard enough and read into things, you can find a greater political ambition in what Steffanie Saissore is doing. The general concept of raising money for children, however, is not directly tied to any specific political alignment.

It is not mentioned under the auction, but I would like to run the bidding for the duration of the event (roughly 7 hrs which would provide seven bidding cycles) in an effort to let any who are interested in it to place bids.

Also, on that note, if you wish to start letting me know now of your desire to participate in the auction, you may do so now instead of waiting the day before the event.

Lastly, for those wishing to attend, if you have any specific food requirements or allergies, let us know in private so that arrangements can be made by the catering team and onsite staff.
