As a rough guide and although I don't use the appraiser for pricing as it's fixed for character re-sellers it currently is 20mill sp short and at 31billion.

So taking that into account lets start at 35 bill and go from there although the buyout is higher than that.

Someone that knows skill training and looks at the gunnery ship command and related will realize the price pretty much right away. Also only requires skill books for everything sub titan for another 10 days then he will fly every ship class in game for almost all races.
