When will the next giveaway occur?

In the interests of transparency and improved communications between the player base and CCP, a simple question:

When is the next planned giveaway of Unique Faction BPCs, Unique Ships, or T2 BPOs?


Note: I do not wish to discuss the merits of these giveaways, or the CSM's opinion on them, as we have two threads on the subject. I merely wish to know when the next giveaway will occur.

But why should it be locked?

If, for example, CCP plans to add additional unique faction battleship bpc's to the market, it would be in the interests of market fairness and transparency for the player base at large to be aware of such giveaways.

It is a Patch, not an expansion. Some of the great Expansions they could have sold and people would have paid for. The next one is just a patch.

If it cost money would you pay for it?

New game mechanics changing Sov warfare a bit.
Total change to Highsec mechanics for Poco's which also open the gates for other changes to high sec structures.
Completely new type of player structures introducing completely new gameplay opportunities.
Number of useless classes of ships made good again.
Graphics update involving DX 11.
Additional ships added to game which also seem to be hinting at a storyline development.

Compared to.
2 new raids. 3 new small group dungeons. 10 more levels of grinding. All old raids invalidated.

You know, I think this is far more of an expansion than most MMO's can claim.
