A better question... Why does one need isk on a test server? Are the 100 isk prices too steep? The fact that you can fully t2 fit a faction battleship with the isk from a level 1 mission (except maybe ammo) says to me you are not very creative.

People like to sell faction mods at very steep prices, I usually just fit up a few chimeras and SD them.
