I think SMA's and CHA definitely need to have proper kill mails generated for them, this at least would give us something to pat our self's on the back for after spending the hours shooting / watching structures.

Behaviour like this has occurred in the past and can easily be coded to occur again. Someone needs to +rep and +1 and upvote this thread and all of its posts, except mine as they are terrible.

good thing that "properly defended large tower" and "hisec" are, for the most part, mutually exclusive.
