I think that fit (OPs) is a bit outdated. I think DDAs have also made sentry rigs obsolete, a single one does the job of two while hurting your cpu less. Use the rig slots for gravitational capacitors or more tank, drop the hacking mods for cap rechargers and omnilinks and improve your other stuff.

I'd say use a covops frig and do profession sites, or use the ishtar and focus on getting the big money from combat plexes. Thanks to the rebalance, the ishtar is better than ever in that role, with gardes able to reach the farthest orbits of any of the standard deadspace battleship rats.

Always consider a 800mm plate on a plexing ishtar.
