Rubicon: Slower Concord Response Times?

First of all, let me give a warm THANK YOU CCP for coming up with an expansion that is almost totally geared towards the New Order. It may have well been called Eve: Age of the New Order, and been Eve's final expansion.

Anyway, my question is this...

Since smaller ships will now warp faster, and larger ships will warp slower, that must mean that Concord will now arrive later to the scene, correct?

And again, thanks again to CCP for acknowledging with the release of Rubicon that the New Order is by far the best thing to happen to Eve in a long time.

Im not even going to touch 'The New Order' stuff in this post. But I doubt concord response times will be changed seeing as they don't warp in, they just magically appear after a certain time.

Now, more than ever, we need a dislike button.

Supposedly they are warping though. Even though we know it is automatic, to keep everything in line with the changes, Concord should be slower.

Concord use more advanced warp drives. So this actually means Concord will be on grid faster.

Will you please stop with the multiple dumb arse posts you keep coming up with. The constant attention grabbing is just getting stupidly boring now.
If you spent as much time in game pvping then you might actually be able to kill someone able to defend themselves.

Geez 1 person on their multiple alts does as much forum trolling as all the goonies put together

If you undock in a ship without any offensive and/or defensive means it is your choice not people that will shoot at you.

Considering that at least one Dev has stated they'd like to replace Concord with a deathray, because it'd be simpler, I seriously doubt there'll be changes.

Why not go and test it on sisi?

The question is actually a legit one, since warp times were changed, I'm interested as well to see if CONCORD warp times changed too. It would be a pretty massive thing as well if they did change significantly. Having said that:
